Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, debit or credit card (Visa or Master Card). JCB, Amex and Union Pay are not accepted. Any refund, credit will be credited back to the original payment method made.
For International purchase, USD pricing will be stated on the website to ease for all international currency conversion.
Maybank and Public Bank credit card users are entitled for 0% fee for 6 months and 12 months instalment for the purchase worth RM 1000.00 and above.
Goods must be in original condition and in its original packaging to entitle for refund. Goods that is not in its original condition, shall be considered sold. Item would be return to customer without refund.
Refund is applicable once the product is received and inspected. Refund of payment will be refunded within 14 working days.
Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Any return of products, shipping fee shall be borne by Iconic Lab.
Shipping towards East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) service by Citi-Link will be RM 20.00; while for West Malaysia service by G-Dex will be RM 10.00
For international shipping will be carried out by DHL carrier. Price will determine by the country that it would be shipped to from Malaysia.
The return is valid within 14 days after receiving the product.
Product will not be allowed for refund after 14 days after receiving the product.
Ensure that all returning goods are well packed in its original box provided, to avoid any damage during transit.
Please keep the proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Iconic Lab.
Once received by Iconic Lab, an estimate 2-3 days will be needed for inspection before conformation for refund.
With any damage on the product, will be considered sold, and will be shipped back to the buyer.
Refund will be credited into account within 14 working day
Exchange Policies
Exchanging of product, there would not be an additional shipping fee required.
Exchange is applicable for ONE time only.
For exchange of product, may contact our representative for further assistance.
If the exchange product cost higher than returned product, there would be an additional top up of payment required.
If exchange product cost lower, balance will not be refunded.
During exchange procedure, ensure that all returning goods are well packed into the original box provided, to avoid any damage during transit.
At the same time, Iconic Lab has the rights to inspect the product condition before proceeding to the exchange procedure.
Once the inspection is done, then exchange shall proceed.
Any damage aside from factory defect, it is considered sold, and it will be shipped back to the customer.
