Vouchers Redemption

Product Authenticity

  1. All products sold by Iconic Lab are distributed locally by authorized channel appointed by the manufacturers.

  2. Official warranty card will be given as proof of product authenticity

Product Quality

  1. All products must undergo stringent quality control and adhere to quality assurance benchmark set by the manufacturer. Product with defects discovered during manufacturing stage will be rejected.

  2. Upon receiving the product from manufacturer, Iconic Lab will perform physical inspection to ensure that individual product arrive in immaculate condition. Should damage discovered on any product due to mishandling during shipment, Iconic Lab will request for replacement of item from the manufacturer.

  3. Iconic Lab will perform final physical inspection prior to preparing the product(s) for shipment.

  4. If damage /defect is discovered upon receiving the product(s) from the manufacturer, Iconic Lab will notify you on the delay in shipment.

Payment Method

Shipping

  1. A standard order delivery will take from 5 to 10 working days upon successful payment.

  2. Iconic Lab will inform the customer with tracking number once the product is shipped.

  3. An acceptable amount of wrapping material considered suitable will be used in product(s) wrapping to avoid any untoward incident during shipment.

Shipment Fees

Return Policy       

  

  1. All products sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except for item verified as damaged on arrival

  2. If the product(s) received appear to be damaged at the time of receiving, kindly send an email along with photo(s) showing the damage to iconiclab11@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Kindly ensure that the photo taken is in high resolution to ease investigation process.

  3. For product(s) damaged on arrival, Iconic Lab will investigate and notify the customer on the outcome. Should replacement is required, Iconic Lab will make necessary arrangement with the customer.

Product Warranty
